Nagaland, Puducherr y. Sikkim,Telangana, Tripura , Uttar akhand; and (iv)persons exercising option under the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 25, or such registered persons who intend to cont inue with their registration under the said Act. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Ta x Act, 2017 (6 of 2017) (hereafter in this notifica tion referred to as the said Act) read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Mizor am Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said r ules), theCommissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby specifies that the return in FORM GSTR-3Bof the said r ules for each of the months from April, 2019 to June, 2019, shall be furnished electr onically through the common portal, on or before the twentieth day of the month succeeding such month. 2.Payment of taxes for discharge of tax liability as per FORM GSTR-3B.-Every registered person furnishing the returnin FORM GSTR-3Bof t he said rules shall, subject to the provisions of section 49 of the said Act, discharge his liability towards tax, interest, penalty, feesorany other amount paya ble under the said Act by debiting t he elect ronic cash ledger or electronic credit ledger, as the case may be, not later than the la st date, as specified in the first paragraph, on which he is required to furnish the said return. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Ta x Act, 2017 (6 of 2017) (hereafter in this notifica tion referred to as the said Act) read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Mizor am Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said r ules), theCommissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby specifies that the return in FORM GSTR-3Bof the said r ules for each of the months from April, 2019 to June, 2019, shall be furnished electr onically through the common portal, on or before the twentieth day of the month succeeding such month. 2.Payment of taxes for discharge of tax liability as per FORM GSTR-3B.-Every registered person furnishing the returnin FORM GSTR-3Bof t he said rules shall, subject to the provisions of section 49 of the said Act, discharge his liability towards tax, interest, penalty, feesorany other amount paya ble under the said Act by debiting t he elect ronic cash ledger or electronic credit ledger, as the case may be, not later than the la st date, as specified in the first paragraph, on which he is required to furnish the said return. He joined his service as Lecturer under Kama lanagar College on 01. 10.2005. He was promoted to S enior Lecturer with effect from 04.10. 2010. He served the Government of Mizoram with utmost sincerity a nd devotion to duty and endeared himself to the Officers and Staff a nd alwa ys proved himself as conscientious and hard working Lecturer. The Government of Mizoram placed on record its appreciation of the sincere services rendered by Pu Pauzala m and conveys its heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family.
