The Government of Mizoram Regularisation of Contract Employees (Amendment) Scheme, 2024
In the interest of public service
and in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor of
Mizoram is pleased to make the following scheme further to amend The Government of Mizoram
Regularisation of Contract Employees Scheme, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Scheme)
notified vide No.A.11019/5/2008-P&AR (ARW)/51, dt. 10.10.2008 and published in the Mizoram Gazette
Extraordinary Issue No. 424 dt. 23.10.2008, as follows, namely: -
1. Short title and (1) This Scheme may be called the Government of Mizoram Regularisation
commencement.- of Contract Employees (Amendment) Scheme, 2024.
(2) This scheme shall come into force from the date of publication in the
Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of sub- In the principal scheme, in para 5 entries under sub-para (1) shall be
para (1) of para (5).- substituted, namely;
“(1) While considering for regular appointment, the age of a contract
employee may be condoned by the Government in the respective
Department if the employee at the time of initial engagement was not
already over aged.”

Revised Scheme for Constitution and Administration of the Consolidated Sinking Fund of Government of Mizoram
In supersession of all the previous notifications on the Scheme for Constitution and Administration of the Consolidated Sinking Fund of Government of Mizoram, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to notify the “Revised Scheme for Constitution and Administration of the Consolidated Sinking Fund of Government of Mizoram” as per the terms and conditions enclosed herewith.
The revised Scheme shall come into force with effect from the date of the notification.
In supersession of all the previous notifications on the Scheme for Constitution and Administration of the Consolidated Sinking Fund of Government of Mizoram, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to notify the “Revised Scheme for Constitution and Administration of the Consolidated Sinking Fund of Government of Mizoram” as per the terms and conditions enclosed herewith.
The revised Scheme shall come into force with effect from the date of the notification.

In supersession of all the previous notifications on the Scheme for Constitution and Administration of the Guarantees Redemption Fund of Government of Mizoram, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to notify the “Revised Scheme for Constitution and Administration of the Guarantees Redemption Fund of Government of Mizoram” as per the terms and conditions enclosed herewith.
The revised Scheme shall come into force with effect from the date of the notification.

The Mizoram Bana Kaih (Handholding) Scheme, 2024
In the interest of public service, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to notify the ‘Mizoram Bana Kaih (Handholding) Scheme’, 2024 of the Government of Mizoram:-
1. Scheme Title
This Scheme shall be called the Mizoram Bana Kaih (Handholding) Scheme, 2024.
2. Commencement & Duration
The Scheme shall come into force on 19.09.2024 and be implemented for an initial period of five years.
3. Coverage
The Scheme shall cover all the districts of Mizoram, namely Aizawl, Champhai, Hnahthial, Khawzawl, Kolasib, Lawngtlai, Lunglei, Mamit, Saitual, Serchhip and Siaha.

Scheme for granting incentive to teachers conferred with National/State Teachers Meritorious Award
The Government of Mizoram has been considering granting of service extension to teachers conferred with National /State Award as incentive based on merit of each individual case for quite a while. Taking into account their outstanding contribution and with a view to get optimum utilization of their excellent services, the Competent Authority is pleased to introduce the following scheme to teachers conferred with National and State Teachers Meritorious Award.
The Government of Mizoram has been considering granting of service extension to teachers conferred with National /State Award as incentive based on merit of each individual case for quite a while. In supersession of all previous notifications and orders on Incentive Cash Award Scheme and as a general policy to envisage proactive measures and to encourage educated youth who are citizens of India and bonafide residents of Mizoram, the Government of Mizoram has decided to provide financial assistance to promote entries in the Central and All India Services for a candidate who passed examinations conducted by Union Public Service Commission at various Centres as follows, namely :-
