Vanlalmalsawmsanga entered into Government Service through direct recruitment to Mizoram Civil Service on 03.02.2004 and was posted as ADC Lawngtlai. He was confirmed into service on 12.01.2007. He was promoted to Senior Gr ade of MCS on 07.04.2010 and Junior Administrative Grade on 05.04.2017. He was posted to different posts in various capacities as follows: Sl. No. NE-313(MZ) 2006-2008NOTIFICATIONNo.A.l2018/48/2016-P&AR(GSW), the 8th August, 2019.In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to make the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post ofAs sistant Infor matics Officer under Information & Communication Technology Department, Government of Mizoram namely :- 1.Shor t title and (1) These rules may be called the Mizoram Information & Communication commencement Technology Department (Group ‘B’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2019. (2) These rules shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Application These rules shall apply to the posts specified in Column I of Annexure-I her et o a nnex ed. 3. Number of posts, The number of the said post(s), classification and the level in pay classification and matr ix attached thereto sha ll be as specified in Column 2 to 4 of the level in pa y & ma trix aforesaid Annexure-I 4. Method of r ecruitment, The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters age limit and other relating to the said post shall be as specified in Column 5 to 14 of qualifications Annexure-I. Provided that the upper age limit prescribed for direct recruitment may be relaxed in t he case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/the Scheduled Tribes and other special ca tegories of persons in a ccordance with the or ders issued by the Central Government or Government of Mizora m from time to t ime. 5. Power to transfer Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the Governor of Mizoram, in public interest, shall have the right and power to transfer any officers, so recruited under these rules to any other post or position which is equivalent in rank or gr ade. 8. Power to relax Wher e the Governor is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, he may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing through the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms, relax any of the provisions of t hese rules wit h respect to any class or category of persons. 9. OBITUARYThe Government of Mizoram learnt with profou nd sor row the sad demise of Er. J. Sangkhuma Khiangte, S.E, Lunglei Circle Office, PWD, on 21st July, 2019. According to his service record, he was born on 1st March 1963. After graduating in Civil Engineering, he was appointed as Junior Grade of MES (Civil) under P WD, Government of Mizor am on 17th October, 1986. He was pr omoted to different higher gr ades and now he is serving a s Superintending Engineer, Lunglei Circle, PWD since 29th February, 2019 till he breathed his last. The Government of Mizoram would like to place on r ecord its deep apprecia tion for the services rendered by Er. J. S angkhuma Khiangte and conveyed its heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family. H.
