conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Mizoram Animal
Husbandry & Veterinary Department (Group ‘B’ posts) Recruitment Rules,1981 notified in the Mizoram
Gazette extraordinary issue number 35 dated 23.09.81,in so far as they relate to the post of Assistant
Engineer, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Governor
of Mizoram hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of
Assistant Engineer (Civil) under Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Government of
Mizoram, namely:-

the Mizoram Gazette vide No.LII dated 22.05.2023 and of even Vol. No.LII., dated 12.09.2023, the
Governor of Mizoram is pleased to appoint with immediate effect the Chairpersons and Members of the

As per the provisions of Govt. of Mizoram’s O.M. No. A. 47012/1/2016-P&AR(GSW) dt. 17/1/2017 and after execution of a Deed in prescribed form, the name of Shibu Goala, Electrical Worker, Kolasib Power Division, Power & Electricity Department, Mizoram is hereby changed to Sibu Gowla with immediate effect, His name shall henceforth, be read as Sibu Gowla in all his service related matters and other official documents.

information may be shared by the common portal based on consent under sub-section (2) of Section
158A of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017).
Explanation.— For the purpose of this notification, “Public Tech Platform for Frictionless Credit”
means an enterprise-grade open architecture information technology platform, conceptualised by the
Reserve Bank of India as part of its “Statement on Developmental and Regulatory Policies” dated the
10th August, 2023 and developed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Reserve Bank Innovation Hub, for the
operations of a large ecosystem of credit, to ensure access of information from various data sources
digitally and where the financial service providers and multiple data service providers converge on the
platform using standard and protocol driven architecture, open and shared Application Programming
Interface (API) framework.

to study the feasibility of opening Open Jail/Correctional Home in Mizoram is hereby constituted with
the following composition:
Chairman : Commissioner & Secretary, Home Department
Member Secretary : Inspector General of Prisons, Mizoram
Members : 1) Secretary, Finance, Department
2) Secretary, Law & Judicial Department
3) Inspector General of Police (Headquarters)
4) Joint Secretary, Home Department
The terms of reference of the Committee are as follows:
1) The Committee will identify and select appropriate location(s) for Open Jail/Correctional Home
for obtaining Government approval.
2) The Committee will examine fund requirements for the Open Jail/Correctional Home.
3) The Committee shall recommend appropriate members for constitution of Selection Board to
identify suitable prisoners for admission to Open Jail/Correctional Home.
4) The Committee will identify and select different trades which will be implemented for employment
of prisoners of the Open Jail/Correctional Home.
5) The Committee shall draft detailed rules and regulations regarding the administration of the Open
Jail for obtaining Government approval
