has applied for change of his name from Vanlalchhuanga to K. Vanlalchhuanga by executing Deed duly
submitted.
The undersigned in his capacity as appointing authority and as power conferred by Office
Memorandum No. A. 47012/1/2016-P&AR(GSW) Dt. 17/01/2017 issued by DP&AR (GSW), Govt. of
Mizoram, therefore, allowed change of name of the applicant from Vanlalchhuanga to K. Vanlalchhuanga
with immediate effect.
