In the exercise of the power conferred by rule ‘6’ of the Mizoram Home (Mizoram Home Guards & Civil Defence) Department (Group ‘C posts) Recruitment Rules, 2024 and as per approval of Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (General Service Wing) vide ID No. A.34011/1/2015-P&AR(GSW) dt. 30.8.2024, the State Government hereby make the syllabus as per enclosure for direct recruitment to the posts of Guardman, Quarter Guard Home Guard and Bandman under Mizoram Home Guards & Civil Defence.

I, RalteDarkim Lalnunpuia, S/o Darliana, R/o Sawleng, Aizawl District, Mizoram, do hereby solemnly affirm and swear hereunder:
1. That I am a bona-fide citizen of India and I am eligible to swear this affidavit.
2. That in my Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card - ACZPL7089B, issued by Income Tax Department, Government of India, my name has been mistakenly recorded as ‘LALNUNPUIA’; however, my true and correct name as is evident in all my other documents is ‘RALTEDARKIM LALNUNPUIA’.
3. That the purpose of this affidavit is to change the name in my PAN Card from LALNUNPUIA to ‘RALTEDARKIM LALNUNPUIA’, and to declare that my true and correct name is ‘RALTEDARKIM LALNUNPUIA’ and not LALNUNPUIA.
4. That the statements made in paragraphs No. 1 to 3 are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing is concealed therein.

5. That I do hereby declare that my true, correct and official name is C. Lallawmsanga (which is as per my Aadhaar Card bearing No. 8328 9183 7306 and all other important documents of mine).
6. That the purpose of this affidavit is to obtain duplicate PAN Card bearing No. AGOPL2707M with my true, correct and official name i.e C. Lallawmsanga.
7. That the statements made in para 1 to 6 are true to the best of my knowledge and nothing material facts has been concealed therein.

Multi-Sectoral Coordination and Working Group
Pursuant to the decision of meeting of State Level Consultative Committee (SLCC) on Formation and Promotion of 10,000 Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) held on 6th August, 2024 and in the interest of public service, the competent authority is pleased to constitute Multi-Sectoral Coordination and Working Group to focus on agriculture and rural development for implementation of effective system, facilitate key learnings and promote collaboration and convergence among various stakeholders comprising of the following members with immediate effect and until further orders.

2) General Manager/O-i-C, NABARD, Mizoram RO, Aizawl - Member Secretary
3) Principal Adviser-cum-Addl. Secretary,

Terms of Reference/Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Scheme Implementation Coordination: The Working Group shall coordinate the effective implementation of all State and Central Government schemes as well as schemes and funds under NABARD, ensuring they achieve the desired impact at the grassroot level.
2) Policy Advocacy and Feedback: The Working Group will provide policy advocacy, suggestions, and feedback to the State’s Planning Board, the Mizoram State Policy Coordination Committee, the State Level Bankers’ Committee and other relevant bodies.

HHC Laltanpuia
In pursuance of the Govt. of Mizoram Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (General Service Wing) Office Memorandum issued vide memo No. A 47012/1/2016-P&AR (GSW) Dt. 17.1.2017, HHC Laltanpuia of Kolasib DEF posted at Vairengte Police Station is hereby allowed to change his father’s former name HB Rana which still continues in his service record into his father’s assumed name C. Rokima with immediate effect.
Hence, his father may herein after be called known and distinguish in all proceedings, dealings and transactions of private as well as public and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name as C. Rokima.
