4. That the statements made in paragraphs No. 1 to 3 are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing is concealed therein.

Pursuant to the decision of meeting of State Level Consultative Committee (SLCC) on Formation and Promotion of 10,000 Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) held on 6th August, 2024 and in the interest of public service, the competent authority is pleased to constitute Multi-Sectoral Coordination and Working Group to focus on agriculture and rural development for implementation of effective system, facilitate key learnings and promote collaboration and convergence among various stakeholders comprising of the following members with immediate effect and until further orders.

Terms of Reference/Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Scheme Implementation Coordination: The Working Group shall coordinate the effective implementation of all State and Central Government schemes as well as schemes and funds under NABARD, ensuring they achieve the desired impact at the grassroot level.
2) Policy Advocacy and Feedback: The Working Group will provide policy advocacy, suggestions, and feedback to the State’s Planning Board, the Mizoram State Policy Coordination Committee, the State Level Bankers’ Committee and other relevant bodies.

In pursuance of the Govt. of Mizoram Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (General Service Wing) Office Memorandum issued vide memo No. A 47012/1/2016-P&AR (GSW) Dt. 17.1.2017, HHC Laltanpuia of Kolasib DEF posted at Vairengte Police Station is hereby allowed to change his father’s former name HB Rana which still continues in his service record into his father’s assumed name C. Rokima with immediate effect.
Hence, his father may herein after be called known and distinguish in all proceedings, dealings and transactions of private as well as public and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name as C. Rokima.

Implementation of Vehicle Location Tracking Device (VCTD) & Emergency button for all passenger carrying vehicles registered in Mizoram

A notification vide No. B.11013/96/17-TRP/Pt-I dated the 22nd August, 2023 had been issued directing all passenger carrying vehicle owners or the authorized dealers of vehicles to ensure that in compliance with CMVR, 1989 vehicles which were manufactured on or after 1st January, 2019 are equipped/fitted with activated VLT device and one or more emergency buttons from any of the VLT device manufacturers or its authorized vendors approved by Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways, Government of India within 12 months from the date of issue of the Notification, failing which such passenger carrying vehicles would not be registered by the State Transport Authority, Mizoram.
In addition to the aforementioned Notification and in accordance with Rule 125 (H) of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989, the competent authority is pleased to notify implementation of Vehicle Location Tracking Device (VLTD) and emergency button for all passenger carrying vehicles registered in Mizoram except two wheelers and three wheelers in conformity with point no 3.3 of the Standard Operating Procedure for vehicle location tracking (VLT), registration and activation in VAHAN issued by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India vide No RT 16011/7/2020-T dated 22.02.2021
VLT Device registration and activation in case of old vehicles (retro-fitment)
All passenger carrying vehicles mentioned under Rule 125 (H) of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989, registered in Mizoram which were manufactured before 1st January, 2019, except two wheelers and three wheelers shall henceforth be fitted with Vehicle Location Tracking Devices (VLTDs) and emergency buttons from any of the VLT device manufacturers or its authorized vendors approved by Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways, Government of India. Further, Vehicle Fitness Certificates shall be issued only to those passenger carrying vehicles which are fitted with VLTDs and emergency buttons from the date of issue of this notification.

The Mizoram Bana Kaih (Handholding) Scheme, 2024

In the interest of public service, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to notify the ‘Mizoram Bana Kaih (Handholding) Scheme’, 2024 of the Government of Mizoram:-
1. Scheme Title
This Scheme shall be called the Mizoram Bana Kaih (Handholding) Scheme, 2024.
2. Commencement & Duration
The Scheme shall come into force on 19.09.2024 and be implemented for an initial period of five years.
3. Coverage
The Scheme shall cover all the districts of Mizoram, namely Aizawl, Champhai, Hnahthial, Khawzawl, Kolasib, Lawngtlai, Lunglei, Mamit, Saitual, Serchhip and Siaha.

Mutation of land (NH-102B) Package-2 of Ngopa Village (26.177 Ha) & Pawlrang Village (21.553 Ha) (Total - 47.730 Ha)

Whereas the rehabilitation and upgradation of NH-102B for improvement of efficiency of freight movement in the state of Mizoram was taken by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India along the Keifang - Tuivai (122 km).
Whereas the lands required for the said project was acquired by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways vide Notification No.S.O 2911(e) dated 23.07.2021 and No. S.O. 4451 (E) dated 26.10.2021 for Package - 2 of Ngopa Village (26.177 Ha) & Pawlrang Village (21.553 Ha) and amounting to a total area of 47.730 Ha.
And, whereas mutation of the acquired lands is required by the existing land law of the State Government viz. The Mizoram (Land Revenue) Act,2013 and the Mizoram (Land Revenue) Rules,2013 for an area of 47.730 Ha within Ngopa & Pawlrang Village as Package-2.
Now, Therefore, the Competent Authority is pleased to mutate the acquired land falling within the Co-ordinates of NH-102 B at Annexure-I in the name of the President of India and Land Lease Certificate should be issued accordingly under the existing land law and rules stated above.

4. That the letter ‘H’ which appears in my father’s name stands for ‘Hemar’ which is his surname.
5. That the purpose of this affidavit is to prove and declare that my true and correct name is Lalramzauva, S/o H.Vanramhluna and that it should be recorded as such in my PAN Card.
