In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Mizoram Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department (Group ‘B’ post) Recruitment Rules,2012 notified in the Mizoram Gazette extraordinary issue number 134 dated 14.03.2012, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Governor of Mizoram hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Laboratory Technician under Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Government of Mizoram, namely:-

Whereas section 29 of the Mizoram ( Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2016 (Act 5 of 2016) provides for revising the rates of value of trees, plants and crops, including some man-made structures on land which would be lost by the person interested on account of acquisition of the land at every three years;
And whereas the last fixation of rates was revised on the 21st September,2020, and a period of three years has already lapsed:
Now, therefore, in supersession of all previous Orders/Notifications in this regard, the State Government of Mizoram hereby revised and fix new uniform rates for determination of the value in respect of buildings, crops and plants, etc. lost by the person interested on account of acquisition of land for public purpose under the Mizoram (Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2016, with immediate effect as shown here under:

BY THIS DEED I, the undersigned C LALRINCHHANA (new name), now lately called
LALRINCHHANA (former name), S/o C THANGTHUAMA, R/o Luangmual, Lunglei, Mizoram,

1. Wholly renounce, relinquish and abandon the use of my former name of LALRINCHHANA, and
in place thereof do assume from the date thereof the name of C LALRINCHHANA (new name),

I, Destiny Lalremruati, D/o Lalhruaitluanga Renthlei R/o Model Veng, Aizawl, Mizoram do
hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:-
1. That I am a bona fide citizen of India and competent to swear this affidavit.
2. That my name has been written and recorded as Lalremruati in my PAN Card whereas it has
been recorded as Destiny Lalremruati in my other documents which is correct.
3. That my name Destiny Lalremruati and Lalremruati do not signify different persons but only
one and the same person.
4. That this affidavit is made to signify that I was a minor while I made this PAN Card but now I am
an adult i.e. 19 years of age and no longer a minor.
5. That the purpose of this affidavit is to prove and declare that my true and correct name is Destiny
Lalremruati and the name Destiny Lalremruati and Lalremruati do not signify different persons
but only one and the same person.
6. That I therefore request the concerned authority to accept this Affidavit and in future and shall be
use as a piece of document to correct my name.
7. That the aforementioned para 1-6 are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and
no material facts has been concealed therein.
