In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to section 44 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby exempts the registered person whose aggregate turnover in the financial year 2023-24 is up to two crore rupees, from filing annual return for the said financial year.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 52 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department No. 52/2018-State Tax, dated the 4th October, 2018 issued vide file number No.J.21011/1/2018-TAX/Pt, namely:-
In the said notification, for the words “half per cent.”, the figure and word “0.25 per cent.” shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in official gazette

I, Smt. Chawhte Lalmalsawmi, aged about 63 years, a permanent resident of Chanmari. E-51/-
Near UBI Bank. Chanmari, Aizawl, Mizoram, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:

6. That I therefore request the concerned authority to please rectify and update my name as Chawhte
Lalmalsawmi and also correct my date of birth i.e. 21.04.1961.
7. That the matter stated in para 1-6 are true to the best of my personal knowledge and belief and
nothing material has been concealed therein.

Following the execution of deed for change of name as per OM No.A.47012/1/2016-P&AR(GSW) dated 17.01.2017, Develi Hlychho, Upper Division Clerk (UDC) under Rural Development Department is hereby allowed to change her name to Diveli Hlychho. 4. That I hereby-declare that my true and correct name and my father's name are K. Sangvunga S/o Vanmawia and the purpose of this affidavit is to declare that my two
aforesaid names i.e. K. Sangvuanga S/o Mawia Van & Khiangte Sangvunga denote me only and no other person has interest against the said two names.
5. That the word ‘K’ in my name is a short form of my Mizo Sub Clan i.e Khiangte.
6. That the purpose of this affidavit is to declare my true and correct name and father's name i.e Khiangte Sangvunga and the word K in my name is a short form of Khiangte.
