In supersession of this Department’s Notification of even No. dt. 22.08.2024, the Governor of Mizoram is please to Empanel the following Survey Firms as out of a total of 16(sixteen) Survey Firms who responded to the Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment upon their acceptance of terms and conditions and signed the Memorandum of Agreement with the Government of Mizoram, Land Revenue & Settlement Department.

In supersession of this Department’s notification of even No. dt. 22.07.2024, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to fix the Survey Fees for all land survey to be carried out under Rule 4 of the Mizoram (Land Revenue) Rules, 2013 with immediate effect and until further orders.

In supersession of this Department’s Notification of even No. dt. 29.08.2024, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to notify the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to be observed for conducting survey works alongwith the rates/fees as per Annexure.
1. Detailment for Empanelled Survey Firms shall be processed using Computerized Detailment Software System. Detailment will be made on first in first out (FIFO) system. Applicants should provide information on the location, area and topography etc. of the land and submit their application to the Director/Settlement Officer, Land Revenue & Settlement Department.
2. The applicant shall initially pay half of the land survey fee to a designated Department account. If the applicant is satisfied with regard to the survey and upon the approval of the Government, the other half shall be paid thereof. Receipt of payment shall be included in the document.
3. The firms shall promptly survey the land and submit survey completion report to the concerned Revenue Officers without delay.

In pursuance of to the minutes of the meeting on implementation of Revised Mizoram State Healthcare Scheme held on 26.08.2024 and in the interest of public service, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to notify the ‘Mizoram Universal Healthcare Scheme Guidelines for Verification and Categorization of Private Healthcare Providers’ as per annexure enclosed with immediate effect.

Pursuant to the decisions of the 35th Board meeting of Mizoram Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board and in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 287A of the Mizoram Building & Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2017 and in supersession of Notification No. B.13015/3/2018-LESDE dt. 07.06.2023. Government of Mizoram is pleased to notify the 7th amendment of welfare benefit to members of MBOCWWB for general information.

It is hereby notified that Superintendent, District Jail, Saitual and BDO, RD Block, Tlabung are allotted Unique Code Number as below -

As per the provisions of Govt. of Mizoram’s O.M. No.A.47012/1/2016- P&AR (GSW) dt. 17/1/2017 and after execution of a Deed in prescribed form, the name of Pi Suihnemthangi, Meter Reader under Revenue Division, Power & Electricity Department, Mizoram is hereby changed to Pi C. Suihnemthangi with immediate effect.
Her name shall henceforth, be read as C. Suihnemthangi in all her service related matters and other official documents.
