1. Objective

Guidelines for procurement of Computer Hardware, Software, Cloud Hosting Services & Networking Equipment
To maintain uniformity in the procurement process, mitigate risks associated with technology deployments, promote user-centric interoperable digital solutions and standardization of initiatives under the Government, the following Guidelines shall be followed by all Department / Autonomous Bodies / PSUs / Societies under Government of Mizoram for online related initiatives. They are intended to be implemented in conjunction with existing procurement rules and regulations, ensuring consistency and coherence across all levels of the State Government.

In supersession of this Department’s Notification of even No. dt. 07.08.2020, and as envisaged in Para 14: Monitoring Framework of the Scheme Guidelines for the Central Sector Scheme of Financing Facility under the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to constitute the State Level Monitoring Committee and District Level Monitoring Committee to ensure real-time monitoring and provide effective feedback on the implementation of the proposed scheme. The Committees will comprise the following members:

Inclusion of Paddy among the crops identified for the Support Price (SP)
In continuation of this Department’s Notification of even number dated 24.6.2024 and in the interest of public service, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to include paddy among the crops identified for providing the Support Price (SP) under Agricultural Market Assurance Scheme until further orders.
Further, the support price of paddy shall be Rs. 30/- (Rupees thirty only) per kilogram during Kharif Marketing Season (KMS) 2024-25 with effect from October, 2024 to February, 2025 and the support price in the subsequent years shall be determined based on the methodology adopted by the Government from time to time.

As per the provisions of Govt. of Mizoram’s O.M. No.A.47012/l/2016-P&AR (GSW) cit. 17/1/2017 and after execution of a Deed in prescribed form, the name of Lalhlimpuia, Electrical Worker (Work-charged), under Generation Division, Power & Electricity Department, Mizoram is hereby changed to R. Lalhlimpuia with immediate effect.
His name shall henceforth, be read as R. Lalhlimpuia in all his service related matters and other official documents.

on 1.10.2024 and approved by the State Property Tax Board in its meeting on 21.10.2024, the State Government is pleased to classify Lunglei municipal area into the following grades and fix the rate of property tax for each grade as shown below: -
