In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10B of the Mizoram (Land Revenue) Act, 2013 as amended and in pursuance to this Department’s Notification No. H. 11018/4/2018-REV/pt, dt. 08.01.2021, the state Government hereby constitute the Land Committee under Phulmawi Village at Aizawl District with immediate effect and until further order. The member of the Land Committee shall be given as under:-
1. Chairman : President, Village Council, Phulmawi.
2. Member Secretary : Headmaster, Middle School, Phulmawi.

In supersession of Government Notification No. D.11031/12/99-LAD/8 Dt. 11.10.1999, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to re-constitute “Serchhip Town Planning & Development Committee” under sub-section (11) of section 3 of the Mizoram Urban & Regional Development Act, 1990 (as amended) with immediate effect and until further order comprising of the following members:

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 read with sub-rule (1) & (2) of Rule 36 of the Mizoram (Election to Sinlung Hills Council) Rules, 2019, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby calls upon the 12 (twelve) Sinlung Hills Council Constituencies to elect members of their Second Sinlung Hills Council, 2024 as shown below: -

I, PB Biakthanga, S/o Makthanga, R/o Ngopa, Saitual District, Mizoram aged about 43 years do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Government of Mizoram Horticulture Department (Group ‘B’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2022 notified in the Mizoram Gazette extraordinary issue number 205 dated 11.04.2022 and except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Governor of Mizoram hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post(s) of Junior Engineer under Horticulture Department, Government of Mizoram namely:-

In exercise of power conferred under Section 61(d), 62(4), 86(1)(b), sub-section (1) of section 181 and clause (zp) of sub-section (2) of section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling the Commission in this behalf, after previous publication, and in compliance of Rule 14 of the Electricity (Amendment) Rules, 2022 notified by Govt. of India vide G.S.R. 911(E) dated 29th December, 2022, the Mizoram Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following Regulations, namely:-

In exercise of powers conferred under Sections 181 read with sections 61, 66 & 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and in pursuance to Clause 5.3 of the Tariff Policy, 2016 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Mizoram Electricity Regulatory Commission, having considered the information received on the status of transmission projects - whether completed, ongoing or in the pipeline - that were undertaken by the State Government of Mizoram/State Transmission Utility, hereby determines and fixes the threshold limit at Rs. 50 Cr. (Rupees fifty crore). All new and augmentation of Intra-State transmission projects, regardless of voltage level, above this threshold shall be developed through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) in accordance with the guidelines issued by the State Transmission Utility (STU).
The Mizoram Electricity Regulatory Commission adoption of the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the States of Manipur & Mizoram (Threshold Limit for Intra- State Transmission Projects through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding for the State of Mizoram) Notification, Order 2024 in respect of the threshold limit fixation, shall stand repealed from the date of coming into force of this Notification.

In the interest of Public Services and in continuation of this Department’s Notification of even No. dated 24th May, 2024, the following persons are hereby appointed as Member in the Mizoram State Project Monitoring Committee with immediate effect
