Pursuant to the decision taken in the Council of Minister’s meeting held on dt. 16.10.2024 the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to constitute the following bodies at various levels in the functional tiers for successful implementation of the Chief Minister’s Rubber Mission.
1. Governing Board
2. Steering Committee
3. District Level Committee

In supersession of this Department’sNotification vide No.G.17012/l/2010-F.Est/147 dt. 12.07.2017, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to order revocation of limitation/delegation of power of execution of works by Non-Works Departments.
Consequent upon this revocation, Non-Works Departments are no longer obligated to transfer works of any amount to PWD and are henceforth given the option to execute the works by themselves as per Rule 92 of the Mizoram Public Procurement Rules, 2020 following all other codal formalities prescribed in relevant rules, norms & orders or transfer to PWD or execute through empanelled firms as per sub-rule (3) and (4) of Rule 92 of the Mizoram Public Procurement Rules, 2020 with prior approval of Finance
Department.

The competent authority is pleased to notify the syllabus for direct recruitment of Junior Grade of Mizoram Horticulture Service (appended herewith) with immediate effect and until further orders.
This syllabus is vetted by DP&AR(GSW) vide ID No.A.32013/2/2023-P&AR(GSW) dated 23.09.2024.

In exercise of powers conferred under Section 87 read with Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf and after previous notification, the Mizoram Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following Regulations, namely;

I, VLT Muanpuii Ralte D/o Lalrinliana, a resident of Ramhlun North, Aizawl District, Mizoram, India do hereby solemnly affirm as here under: -
1. That I am bona fide citizen of India belonging to scheduled tribe community of Mizo.
2. That the letter ‘VLT’ which appeared in the beginning of my name i.e VLT Muanpuii Ralte in all my documents ‘VLT’ stands for Vanlalthla i.e Vanlalthlamuanpuii Ralte. However, in all my documents my name has been saved and recorded as VLT Muanpuii Ralte, the name VLT Muanpuii Ralte and Vanlalthlamuanpuii Ralte belongs to one and the same person.
3. That the purpose of this affidavit is to declare that in my PAN Card bearing number CLKPM0675C my name has been saved and recorded as ‘VLT Muanpuii’, however ‘Ralte’ is not recorded in my Pan Card, I want to correct my name VLT Muanpuii to VLT Muanpuii Ralte in my Pan card and the name ‘VLT Muanpuii Ralte’ and ‘Vanlalthlamuanpuii Ralte’ do not signify different person but one and the same person.
4. That the statements made in paragraphs No.l to 3 are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing concealed therein.

I, Shri H Kairobina S/o Letkhawkhaia R/o Chanmari, Aizawl, Mizoram, a bona fide citizen of India, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:-

That in my PAN Card bearing No. KTPWPK6679G issued to me by the Income Tax Department, Govt. of India, my name has been inadvertently written and recorded as Kairobina, whereas in all my other documents, including my Aadhar Card and EPIC, my name has been written and recorded as H Kairobina which is my true and correct name.
2. That I swear and affirm that my true and correct name is H Kairobina. Since the differences of the names may create confusion as to the identity of the person bearing the name, to dispel that confusion, I hereby assent and declare that inspite of the differences of the names between H Kairobina and Kairobina, they are the names of one and the same person.
3. That I swear that the statements made above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and that no material fact has been concealed herein.

Whereas, Nancy Lalhlimpuii, Asst. Professor, Department of English, Govt. Champhai College has applied for changing of her name in a prescribed Deed for Changing name as per Annexure to Govt. of Mizoram, DP&AR (GSW)’s Office Memorandum vide No.A.47012/ 1/2016-P&AR (GSW), dt. 17.01.2017.
And whereas, the said Office Memorandum, dated 17.01.2017, has simplified the procedure for changing of name Government servant by empowering the Appointing Authority to issue an order notifying the change of name to be followed by publication of change of name of Govt. servant in a prominent local newspaper as well as in the Mizoram Gazette at Govt. employee’s own expense.
Whereas, the said Assistant Professor applied to prefix 'Dr.' to her name upon acquiring a Ph.D. degree, as per MZU’s Notification No.F.No. Ex/Ph.D/RESULT/9-3/23/347-349, dated 1st May, 2024.
Now, therefore, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to grant permission to change her name from Nancy Lalhlimpuii to Dr. Nancy Lalhlimpuii.
Henceforth, she shall be known as Dr. Nancy Lalhlimpuii, and her name shall be recorded as such in her service records, all official documents, and correspondences. Necessary entries shall also be made in her service card/ records.

The competent authority is pleased to notify the syllabus for direct recruitment of Horticulture Demonstrator (appended herewith) with immediate effect and until further orders.
This syllabus is vetted by DP&AR(GSW) vide ID No. A.12018/110/2024- P&AR(GSW) dated 21.10.2024.

WHEREAS an area of 64.25 Ha of Tlawng Riverine Reserve Forest Aizawl has been utilized for non-forest purpose for the construction of NIT, Lengpui and the area so diverted has to be compensated from non-forest land within the State of Mizoram as provided under the Forest (Conservation) Act,1980.
Now, therefore, the Government of Mizoram is pleased to allot an area of 64.25 Ha of non-forest degraded land as Compensatory Afforestation to Environment, Forests & Climate Change Department, Government of Mizoram , as specified in the Site Plan (attached herein) in lieu of diversion of forest land for construction NIT, Lengpui within Aizawl District with immediate effect.

As per the provisions of Govt. of Mizoram’s O.M. No.A.47012/1/2016-P&AR (GSW) dt.17/1/2017 and after execution of a Deed in prescribed form, the name of Kapkhuma, Electrical Worker (Work-charged), under Distribution Division, Power & Electricity Department, Mizoram is hereby changed to C. Kapkhuma with immediate effect.
His name shall henceforth, be read as C. Kapkhuma in all his service related matters and other official documents.
