In continuation to Notification vide No. B.12020/1/2024-SWD dated 3rd September, 2024, the Government of Mizoram is pleased to make modifications on the "Ruangphurh Chungchanga Inkaihhruaina (Guidelines on Assistance for Transportation of Bodies of Deceased Persons within Mizoram) as under:
1. Serial No. 2 of the Guidelines: "Ruang phurhna lirthei hman man hi ruang phurh tanna hmun leh ruang dahna khaw inkara Motor hman man (kal lam leh haw lam) a ni ang a. Ruang phurh tanna leh a dahna hmun inkar hi 20km aiin a hnai tur a ni lo."

Appointment of members of Mizoram State Food Commission
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 16 (2) (a) of the National Food Security Act, 2013 read with rule 12 of the Mizoram Food Security Rules, 2017 and rules 3 & 4 of the Mizoram State Food Commission (Procedure for Appointment of Chairperson, Members & Staff and the Conditions of Service) Rules, 2019 and on the recommendation of the Selection Committee for setting up of the Mizoram State Food Commission on 23rd September, 2024 and in the interest of public service, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to appoint the following persons as Members of the Mizoram State Food Commission for a period of 5 (five) years or before attaining the age of 65 (sixty five) years, whichever is earlier, with a fixed honorarium of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only per month with effect from the date of joining/taking
overcharge.

In pursuance of Social Welfare, Tribal Affairs, Women & Child Development Department Notification No.B.13016/5/2022-SWD dated 21.02.2024 and the power conferred by section 21(1) of Rights of persons with disabilities Act, 2016, the Competent Authority is pleased to notify Equal Opportunity Policy for Persons with Disabilities under Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department with immediate effect.

Launching of Phase II of Revised Online ILP Portal
Consequent to the launch of Phase I of Revised Online ILP Portal in the website https://ilp.mizoram.gov.in vide Notification NO. F. 22018/1/2020-HM(ILP)/Pt dated 23.01.2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to launch Phase II of the Revised Online ILP Portal with effect from 01.11.2024 for providing the following public services by the Deputy Commissioners through fully online mode:
(a) Regular ILP with 6 months validity under Para 3(1) of Guidelines for the Enforcement of the Inner Line Regulation in Mizoram notified vide No. F.22016/5/2011-HMP dated 13.08.2014.
(b) 2 years validity ILP under Para 11, 12 and 13 of Guidelines for the Enforcement of the Inner Line Regulation in Mizoram notified vide No. F.22016/5/2011-HMP dated 13.08.2014.
2. All applications for fresh or renewal of Regular ILP with 6 months validity and 2 years ILP shall henceforth, be submitted through online mode from the effective date mentioned above.

The Governor of Mizoram is pleased to appoint Pi C. Zodinpuii, D/o Lalrinliana(L), Durtlang, Aizawl as Chairperson, Mizoram State Commission for Women under Rule 5 of the Mizoram State Commission for Women Rules 2008 with immediate effect and for a period of 3 (three) years or till she attains the age of 65 years, which ever is earlier.
The terms and conditions to the appointment will be governed by the Mizoram State Commission for Women Rule, 2008 issued in the Mizoram Gazette vide No. B-14011/3/05- SWD dt. 16.10.2008 and subsequent amendment.
The Governor of Mizoram is pleased to appoint Pi C. No-329), Enforcement Inspector ( SI. No-330), Enforcement Sub-Inspector (SI. Nos- 331&334), Line Checker (SI. No-332), Booking Clerk (SI. No-333) and Mechanic (SI. No-338) under Transport Department for which reservations are made for different categories of persons with benchmark disabilities shall be deleted.

In pursuance of the approval of the Council of Ministers in its meeting held on 16.10.2024 and circulated vide No.J.11011/1/2024-POL/Vol-I dt. 17.10.2024, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to create the Chief Minister’s Rubber Mission with an aim to boost rubber plantation and production, to enhance value addition, to create employment opportunities, and to improve the socio-economic condition of the people involved in rubber cultivation within the state.
2. The Rubber Board, Ministry of Commerce & Industries, Govt. of India has proposed for implementation of a project for rubber plantation development in 2 lakh hectares in North East with support from the tyre manufacturing industry. The salient features of the proposed scheme are as follows:
