In continuation of this Depart-ment’s Notification No. D.33012/1/2022-HFW (FSSAI) dated 29th June, 2022 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-regulation 2.1.15 of the Food Safety & Standard (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Regulation, 2011, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to order the inclusion of the under mentioned members in the District Level Advisory Committee in respect of Lunglei District for effective implementation of the Food Safety and Standard Act, 2016 with immediate effect and until further orders. All other provisions of the prior notification remains unchanged.
1. Representative from Lunglei Municipal Council.
2. Representative from Local Council Association.

As per the provisions of Govt. of Mizoram’s O.M. No.A.47012/ 1/2016-P&AR (GSW) dt.17/1/2017 and after execution of a Deed in prescribed form, the name of Pu Lalropuia, Meter Reader (Work-charged), Power Maintenance Division-I, Lunglei, Power & Electricity Department, Mizoram is hereby changed to Pu Lalropuia Sailo with immediate effect.
His name shall henceforth, be read as Lalropuia Sailo in all his service related matters and other official documents.

In exercise of the power re-delegated vide Government's letter No.G.16010/2/2012-F.IF&SL dt.20.7.2012, Results of Mizoram State Lottery drawn during 1st October, 2024 to 31st Obtober, 2024 are hereby declared as Final Results as per result sheets enclosed herewith.

Functions of the Sub-Divisional Level Committee: The

I, F. Lalmuanpuii d/o Ex No. 170850 Nk (GD) Late Lianngura Lushai, R/o Ramhlun North Aizawl. Mizoram do hereby solemnly affirm and slate as follows:-
1. That I am bona fide citizen of India belonging to scheduled tribe community of Mizo.
2. That my name has been written and recorded as Lalmuani d/o Lianngura Lushai in family declaration of my father, Ex No. 170850 Nk (GD) Late Lianngura Lushai whereas in my all other documents my name has been written and recorded as F. Lalmuanpuii d/o Lianngura.
3. That the aforementioned names F. Lalmuanpuii and Muanpuii do not signify that they belong to two persons but only one and the same person.
4. That from this day onwards my name should be written and recorded as F. Lalmuanpuii in all official or non official purpose.
5. That the statements made in paragraphs are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and in witness whereof I hereunto set my own signature on this 16th day of November, 2022.

3. That in the said PAN Card bearing No. BSAPL2742R my name has been differently recorded as R. Lalngaihawmi and recorded as Teresa Lalngaihawmi in all other important documents of mine.
4. That i do hereby declare that my name i.e. R. Lalngaihawmi and Teresa Lalngaihawmi refers to one and the same person.
5. That i do hereby declare before the NOTARY PUBLIC that my true, correct and official name is Teresa Lalngaihawmi (which is as per my Birth Certificate bearing Registration No.99 dated 30.10.2023, Aadhaar Card bearing No.5251 2617 7226 AND Voter ID bearing No. ZKB0098723)
6. That the purpose of this affidavit is to obtain duplicate PAN Card bearing No. BSAPL2742R with my true, correct and official identity i.e Teresa Lalngaihawmi, D/o R. Lallawmzuala.
7. That the statements made in para 1 to 6 are true to the best of my knowledge and nothing material facts has been concealed therein.
