For smooth migration of stocks from pre-GST to the GST era which came into effect from 1st July, 2017 and to prevent the possibility of manipulation of migration of the closing stock in MVAT returns into the opening stock for MGST returns, it is hereby notified as per Section 49 of the MVAT Act, 2005 that every dealer shall maintain an accurate and up-to- date account of the value of goods purchased, manufactured, sold by him or goods held by him in stock while filling the last MVAT returns and the first MGST returns. Note : 1.The DTFU-I should meet once in two months. The CMO/DIO should however meet/liaise with other key departments every month to brief and seek support as part of follow up efforts in strengthening urban immunization efforts. 2.The agenda for the meeting of the DTFU-I should be circulated along with the meeting not ice. 3.The CMO should submit the DT FU-I minutes to the STFI within a week after the meeting. Obituary of Pu P.C.Lalrosanga, Under Secretary, Mizoram Scholarship Board at 08:30 p.m on 6 th August, 2017.

No. NE-313(MZ) 2006-2008OBITUARYNo.A.19014/4/2011-PAR(SSW)/95:The Government of Mizoram has learnt with profound sorr ow, the sad and untimely demise of Pu P.C.Lalrosanga, Under Secr etary, Mizoram Scholar ship Board at 08:30 p.m on 6th August, 2017. Pu P.C.Lalrosanga entered into Government Service as Assistant Grade through Direct Recruitment on 4th Sept ember, 1986 and was posted in the O/o Chief Engineer, PWD. After tha t he was transferred and posted in Rur al Development Commissionaria t w.e.f 31st May, 1995. He was promoted to Junior Grade of Mizora m Secretariat S ervice on 7th August, 1998 and posted as Superintendent in Cooperation Depar tment and was again transferred and posted as Superintendent in t he Directorate of Tourism w.e.f 11th April, 2001 and Taxation Department w.e.f 7th May, 2007. After that he was deputed to NLUP Implementing Board w.e.f 1st October, 2009. He was promoted to Senior Grade of Mizora m Secretariat S ervice on 8th March, 2011 and posted as Deputy Director (Administration) in the O/o Engineer-in-C hief, PWD and was transferred and posted as Deputy Director (Administr ation) in the O/o Chief Engineer, PWD (Buildings) w.e.f 1st Apr il, 2014. After that he was transfer red and posted as Under Secr etary, Mizoram Scholar ship Board w.e.f 23rd Mar ch, 2017 where he served till his sad demise. He served the Gover nment of Mizor am for 30 years, 11 months and 3 days in var ious capa cities with utmost sincerity and devotion, and endeared himself to all his colleagues. He always proved himself to be a conscientious officer. The Government of Mizoram places on record its deep appreciation of the sincere services rendered by Pu P.C.Lalrosanga and convey its heartfelt sympathy and condolence to the bereaved family. V.
