Note : 1.The DTFU-I should meet once in two months. The CMO/DIO should however meet/liaise with other key departments every month to brief and seek support as part of follow up efforts in strengthening urban immunization efforts. 2.The agenda for the meeting of the DTFU-I should be circulated along with the meeting not ice. 3.The CMO should submit the DT FU-I minutes to the STFI within a week after the meeting. Pu P.C.Lalrosanga entered into Government Service as Assistant Grade through Direct Recruitment on 4th Sept ember, 1986 and was posted in the O/o Chief Engineer, PWD. After tha t he was transferred and posted in Rur al Development Commissionaria t w.e.f 31st May, 1995. He was promoted to Junior Grade of Mizora m Secretariat S ervice on 7th August, 1998 and posted as Superintendent in Cooperation Depar tment and was again transferred and posted as Superintendent in t he Directorate of Tourism w.e.f 11th April, 2001 and Taxation Department w.e.f 7th May, 2007. After that he was deputed to NLUP Implementing Board w.e.f 1st October, 2009. He was promoted to Senior Grade of Mizora m Secretariat S ervice on 8th March, 2011 and posted as Deputy Director (Administration) in the O/o Engineer-in-C hief, PWD and was transferred and posted as Deputy Director (Administr ation) in the O/o Chief Engineer, PWD (Buildings) w.e.f 1st Apr il, 2014. After that he was transfer red and posted as Under Secr etary, Mizoram Scholar ship Board w.e.f 23rd Mar ch, 2017 where he served till his sad demise. He served the Gover nment of Mizor am for 30 years, 11 months and 3 days in var ious capa cities with utmost sincerity and devotion, and endeared himself to all his colleagues. No. NE-313(MZ) 2006-2008NOTIFICATIONNo.A.l2018/25(1)/2017-P&AR(GSW), the 31st July, 2017.In exercise of the power s conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of t he Constitution of India, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to make the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post(s) ofJunior Engineer (C ivil) under Public Works Department, Government of Mizor am namely :- 1.Shor t title and (1) These Rules may be called the Mizoram Public Works Department commencement (Group ‘B’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2017 (2) These Rules shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Application These Rules shall apply to the posts specified in Column I of Annexure-I her et o a nnex ed. 3. Number of posts, The number of the said post(s), classification and the scale of pay/ classification and Pay Band & Grade Pay attached thereto shall be as s pecified in scale of pay/Pay Column 2 t o 4 of the afor esaid Annexure-I Band & Grade Pay 4. Method of r ecruitment, The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other ma tters age limit and other relating to the said post shall be as specified in Column 5 to 14 of qualifications Annexure-I. Provided that the upper age limit prescribed for direct recruitment may be relaxed in t he case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/the Scheduled Tribes and other special ca tegories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government or Government of Mizoram from time to t ime. 5. Power to transfer Notwithstanding anything contained in these Rules, the Governor of Mizora m, in public interest , shall have the right and power to transfer any officers, so recruited under these Rules to any other post or position which is equivalent in ra nk or gr ade. 8. Power to relax Wher e the Governor is of the opinion that it is necessary or exp edient to do so, he may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing in consultation with the Mizoram Public S ervice Commission, through the Depa r t ment of P ersonnel & Administr ative R efor ms, rela x any of the provisions of these Rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 9. Reservation and Nothing in these Rules shall affect any reservations, relaxation of age limit other concessions and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes/ the Scheduled Tribes and other categories of persons in accordance with the order issued by Central Government or Government of Mizoram from time to time in this regard. 10. Repeal & Savings All Rules pertaining to the post framed by the Government of Mizoram under Notification No. A. 12018/42/2004-P&AR(GSW) dated 09.11.2004, published in the Mizoram Gazette extraordinary issue No. 329 dated 10.11.2004 and Notification No. A. 12018/42/2004-P&AR(GSW) dated 05.08.2011, published in the Mizoram Gazette extraordinary issue No. 348 dated 12.08.2011 stand hereb y r epea led. Provided that any order made or a nything done or any action taken under the rules so repealed or under any general order ancillary thereto, shall be deemed to have been made, done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these r ules. Number of posts, The number of the said post(s), classification and the scale of pay/ classification and Pay Band & Grade Pay attached thereto shall be as s pecified in scale of pay/Pay Column 2 t o 4 of the afor esaid Annexure-I Band & Grade Pay 4. Method of r ecruitment, The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other ma tters age limit and other relating to the said post shall be as specified in Column 5 to 14 of qualifications Annexure-I. Provided that the upper age limit prescribed for direct recruitment may be relaxed in t he case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/the Scheduled Tribes and other special ca tegories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government or Government of Mizoram from time to t ime. 5. Power to transfer Notwithstanding anything contained in these Rules, the Governor of Mizora m, in public interest , shall have the right and power to transfer any officers, so recruited under these Rules to any other post or position which is equivalent in ra nk or gr ade. 8. Power to relax Wher e the Governor is of the opinion that it is necessary or exp edient to do so, he may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing in consultation with the Mizoram Public S ervice Commission, through the Depa r t ment of P ersonnel & Administr ative R efor ms, rela x any of the provisions of these Rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 9. Reservation and Nothing in these Rules shall affect any reservations, relaxation of age limit other concessions and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes/ the Scheduled Tribes and other categories of persons in accordance with the order issued by Central Government or Government of Mizoram from time to time in this regard. 10. Repeal & Savings All Rules pertaining to the post framed by the Government of Mizoram under Notification No. A. 12018/42/2004-P&AR(GSW) dated 09.11.2004, published in the Mizoram Gazette extraordinary issue No. 329 dated 10.11.2004 and Notification No. A. 12018/42/2004-P&AR(GSW) dated 05.08.2011, published in the Mizoram Gazette extraordinary issue No. 348 dated 12.08.2011 stand hereb y r epea led.
