Laltanpuia s/o Hualthanzauva, Group ‘D’ Peon under Executive Engineer, Lunglei PHED, L.W.S Maintenance Division is hereby allowed to change his name to Laltanpuia Chhakchhuak as per O.M issued by DP&AR (GSW) vide No. A-47012/1/2016- P&AR (GSW) dt.17.1.2017 is hereby approved by Engineer-in-Chief, PHE Department who is the Appointing Authority.

In supersession of the Notification No.A.3(2)/16-WB (LE&IT) dated 08.02.2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (5) of rule 262 of the Mizoram Building & Other Construction Workers’ (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2015, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to re-constitute the Sub-Committee on ‘Scheme on Skill Development for Building & Other Construction Worker Welfare Board” consisting of the following members:-

The Terms of Reference of the Sub-Committee shall be as follows:
1. The Chairperson of the Board shall be the Chairperson of the Sub-Committee. If the Chairperson is absent at any time, the members present shall elect one among them to preside over the meeting
2. No business shall be transacted at a meeting of the sub-committee unless at least three members of the Committee are present, of whom one shall be from the members representing employers and another one shall be from the members representing, building workers.
3. The terms of office of the sub-committee shall be one year from the date of its constitution:
Provided that the sub-committee shall continue in office until a new committee is constituted:
Provided further that in no case, the sub-committee shall continue beyond a period of two years from the date of its original constitution.
4. The recommendation of the sub-committee shall be placed before the Board for its decision.

bona fide, citizen of India by birth, permanent resident of Chanmari, Aizawl, Mizoram do hereby

3. That for the purpose of evidencing such my determination I declare that I shall at all times hereafter
in all records, deeds and writing and in all proceedings, dealings and transactions of private as well
as public and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name of P. Lallawmawmi as my
name in place of and in substitution for my former name of Lallawmawmi.
4. That the purpose of this evidence is to declare that my true and correct name is P. Lallawmawmi
