In the interest of public
service, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to order cancellation of this Department’s Notification
No.B.11030/115(GIS)/2017-UD&PA(AMR) Dated 29.01.2024 regarding GIS-Based Master Plan
Formulation for Aizawl City Under AMRUT 2021-2040 with immediate effect.

In exercise of the powers conferred
by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor of Mizoram hereby makes the following
rules to amend the Mizoram Commerce & Industries Department (Geology & Mineral Resources)
(Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the principal rules) namely:-

In exercise of the power redelegated
vide Government’s letter No. G. 16010/2/2012-F. IF&SL dt. 20.7.2012, Results of Mizoram
State Lottery drawn during 1st January, 2024 to 31st January, 2024 are hereby declared as Final Results
as per result sheets enclosed herewith.

In continuation of this notification dated 14th
December, 2023 on re-constitution of MRMC and in the interest of public service, the Governor of
Mizoram is pleased to appoint the following as members of the Mizoram Resource Mobilization
Committee (MRMC) with immediate effect and until further orders.

On reconstitution of the Mizoram Resource
Mobilization Committee (MRMC) vide Notification No. G.17014/2/2014-FEA dated 14/12/2023, the
Governor of Mizoram is pleased to notify the following terms and conditions for MRMC.
1. The Terms of Reference of the MRMC shall be as follows:-
a) The MRMC shall function as an advisory body to the Government on all matters relating to
Mobilization of Resources on State’s Own Tax and Non Tax Revenue and shall make
recommendation for realization of more revenues by the state.
b) The MRMC shall make an assessment of Government expenditure and review certain
items so as to reduce the expenditure of the State Government and may make appropriate
recommendation for austerity measures.
c) The MRMC shall also study and suggest the possibilities of converging schemes, projects,
programmes etc. of all kinds funded by the Central Government and other sources with
those of the ones funded and implemented by the State Government.
d) The MRMC shall study and make recommendations on disinvestment policy, and also on
outsourcing and privatization of various functions of the Government.
e) The MRMC shall also take up any other functions which may be assigned to it by the State
Government from time to time.
f) The MRMC shall undertake Manpower Assessment of various Government Departments,
and shall also make recommendations for Administrative Reforms in the Government.
2. The Chairman of MRMC may associate any pensioner or officer working under the Government
of Mizoram as co-opted members as and when required.
3. The Finance Department, Government of Mizoram shall extend secretarial support to the MRMC
and the expenditure of MRMC shall be borne by Finance Department (FMU).
4. The non-official members shall be given a sitting allowance of ` 1000/- per sitting and transportation
allowance of ` 500/- per sitting.

In supersession of this department’s Notification
of even No. dated 30.01.2024 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Article 62(2) of the
Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of Zoram Infrastructure & Industrial
Development Corporation (ZIDCO) Ltd., the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to appoint Pu J.K.
Dawngzuala, Dawrpui, Aizawl as Chairman, Zoram Infrastructure & Industrial Development
Corporation (ZIDCO) Ltd., with effect from the date of joining and until further orders

Regularisation of Contract Employees Scheme, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Scheme)
notified vide No.A.11019/5/2008-P&AR (ARW)/51, dt. 10.10.2008 and published in the Mizoram Gazette
Extraordinary Issue No. 424 dt. 23.10.2008, as follows, namely: -
1. Short title and (1) This Scheme may be called the Government of Mizoram Regularisation
commencement.- of Contract Employees (Amendment) Scheme, 2024.
(2) This scheme shall come into force from the date of publication in the
Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of sub- In the principal scheme, in para 5 entries under sub-para (1) shall be
para (1) of para (5).- substituted, namely;
“(1) While considering for regular appointment, the age of a contract
employee may be condoned by the Government in the respective
Department if the employee at the time of initial engagement was not
already over aged.”

In the interest of public service

department’s Notification No. 14016/1/2019- DC&MA dt. 07/06/2021 and in the interest of public service,

as provided under Para 11.1.3 of the Guidelines of the PMJVK with immediate effect.
