As per the provisions of Govt. of Mizoram’s
O.M. No. A. 47012/1/2016-P&AR(GSW) dt. 17.1.2017 and after execution of a Deed in prescribed
form, the name of Pu B. Lalfakmawia, Electrical Worker, Power Project Division, Champhai, Power
& Electricity Department, Mizoram is hereby changed to Pu B. Fakmawia with immediate effect.
His name shall henceforth, be read as B. Fakmawia in all his service related matters and other
official documents.

the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Mizoram State Cooperative
Service Rules, 2021 notified in the Mizoram Gazette extraordinary issue number 217 dated 16.04.2021,

In exercise of the powers conferred by the
proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Mizoram State Cooperative Service
Rules, 2021 notified in the Mizoram Gazette extraordinary issue number 217 dated 16.04.2021, except
as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Governor of Mizoram
hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Cooperative Audit
Officer under Cooperation Department, Govt. of Mizoram namely:-

The following
draft of the Notification which the State Government proposes to issue is hereby pre-published as required
by section 137(b) of the Occupational Safety, Health & Working Condition Code 2020 for information of
all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft notification will be
taken into consideration after the expiry of period of 45 days from the date on which the copies of the
Official Gazette in which this notification is published are made available to the public.
Objections and suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Labour Commissioner, LESDE
Department. The objections and suggestions should be sent in a proforma containing columns (i) specifying
the name and address of the person/organization and column (ii) specifying the rule or sub-rule which is
proposed to be modified and column (iii) specifying the revised rule or sub-rule proposed to be substituted

Gazette extraordinary issue number 336 dated 08.06.2020,except as respects things done or omitted to
be done before such supersession, the Governor of Mizoram hereby makes the following rules regulating
the method of recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspector under Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs
Department, Government of Mizoram namely

In continuation of this Commission’s
Notification No.B.12011/1/2022-SEC/VC/176-177 dt. 04.01.2024 and in exercise of the powers conferred
under sub-section (7) of Section 3 of the Lushai Hills District (Village Councils) (Amendment) Act 2014
read with sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 and Rule 37 and Sub-rule (1)(b) of Rule 63 of the Mizoram (Election to
Village Councils) Rules, 2014, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby orders re-poll and
counting of votes for By-Election to fill up casual vacancy for Bekabekya (Lianbuang) Village Council
due to an unavoidable circumstance as follows:-
1 Date of Re-Poll 31st January, 2024
2 Counting of Votes (Counting of votes shall commence as soon as 31st January, 2024
possible after the close of the poll)

Notification No.B.12011/l/2023-SEC/VC/LADC/CADC/28 , dated: 04.01.2024 issued by the State
Election Commission under sub-section (7) of Section 3 of the Chakma Autonomous District Council
(Village Councils) Act, 2002 as amended, By-Election to 3 (three) Village Councils was held on 30th
January, 2024 (Tuesday) for the purpose of filling up of 3 (three) Casual Vacancies under Chakma
Autonomous District Council; and
AND WHEREAS, the result of the elections in respect of the 3 (three) Village Councils under
Chakma Autonomous District Council has been declared by the Returning Officers concerned; and
NOW, THEREFORE, as provided under Rule 35 of the Chakma Autonomous District Council
(Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2007 as amended, the State Election Commission hereby notify the
names of the members elected in respect of the said 3 (three) Village Councils under Chakma Autonomous

(Tuesday) for the purpose of filling up of 7 (seven) Seats of Ramhlun South Local Council and 1 (one)
General Seat of Dawrpui Vengthar Local Council within Aizawl Municipality;
AND WHEREAS, the result of the elections in respect of the 2 (two) Local Councils within
Aizawl Municipality has been declared by the Returning Officers concerned; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of sub-section (3) of Rule 77 of the Mizoram Municipalities
(Election to Local Councils) Rules, 2015, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notifies
the names of the members elected in respect of Ramhlun South and Dawrpui Vengthar Local Councils,
along with their party affiliations, in the SCHEDULE enclosed to this Notification.

WHEREAS, pursuant to
Notification No.B.12024/3/2023–SEC/VC/MADC/51-52, dt. 04.01.2024 issued by the State Election
Commission, Mizoram under sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 and Rule 37 of the Mara Autonomous District
Council (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014, By-Election to 1-Thiahra and 46-New Saikao
Village Councils was held on 30th January, 2024 for the purpose of filling up of vacancies of seats within

District Council has been declared by the Returning Officers concerned; and

Village Councils) Rules, 2014, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notifies the names of
the Members elected in respect of the said 20(twenty) Village Councils, along with their party affiliations,
in the SCHEDULE enclosed to this Notification.

In pursuance of a decision taken by the
Government of Mizoram, the Mizoram Subordinate Services Selection Board (hereinafter referred to
as the “Board”), constituted vide Notification No. A-12026/1 /2019-P&AR(GSW) dated 19th June,
2019, and notified in the Mizoram Gazette Extraordinary Issue No. 418 of 2019 dated 25th June, 2019,
stands dissolved with effect from the 29th day of February, 2024.
2. The Board shall, before the 16th day of February, 2024, complete all pending work and functions
entrusted to it, including, but not limited to, appointments by direct recruitment, promotion,
promotion through limited departmental examination, absorption, regularisation within the direct
quota, and any other functions delegated by the Government from time to time.
3. The Board shall cease to perform any and all functions delegated to it by the Government with
effect from the 16th February, 2024. No administrative department or Cadre Controlling Authority
shall, with immediate effect, submit proposals for direct recruitment and limited departmental
examination to the Board.
