Brigade Area” Aizawl which covers both the Phase – I area comprising of Block – I to Block – VII and

3. to grant peaceful possession of land holdings to the citizens by regularizing the unauthorised
occupation of land within the said Phase – I area which have been actually occupied without any
objection from any person as per the provisions of section 17A of the Mizoram (Land Revenue)
Act, 2013. The occupant of the land whose occupation thereof is regularised shall pay –
