No. NE-313(MZ) 2006-2008VOL - XLIV Aizawl, Monday 31.8.2015 Bhadrapada 9, S.E. 1937, Issue No. 439 NOTIFICATIONNo.S.l1011/68/2014/FCS&CA/loose/, the 26th August, 2015.In p ursuance of the decision of the Meeting of the Hon’ble Minister, FCS&CA, Officers of the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs department and Finance Department, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to notify various issues, in connection with implementa tion of the Na tional Food Security Act, 2013 in Mizoram as follows - 1.All beneficiaries under the National Food Security Act, 2013 shall be provided an additional quantity of 3 (three) Kgs. per person per month. 2. Entitlement under the AAY (Prior ity Households) shall be as provided under the Na tional Food Security Act, 2013 and no additional quantities shall be issued to families under the Scheme. 3.Selling Price of r ice for the additional quantity to be provided for beneficiaries under the National Food Security Act, 2013 is fixed at Rs.15.00p (Retail Selling Price)and Rs. l4.50p (Ex-Godown), per Kilogr am. 4.All excluded persons under the National F ood Security Act, 2013, whose family details are entered and Ration card issued under the End to End Computerisation of TPDS Operations progra mme, shall be pr ovided Rice on a scale of 8 (E ight) Kgs person per month at a Reta il Selling Price of Rs.15.00 per Kg and Ex-godown price of Rs 14.50p. 5.The distinction of “Adult” and “Minors” as basis of entitlement as per the current s ystem shall henceforth be discontinued, and entitlement shall be on “per person ba sis” as provided under the National Food Secur ity Act , 2013, for both Non-N FSA beneficiaries and NFSA beneficiar ies. 6.Reta iler Margin for foodgr ain under the National Food Security Act, 2013 will be as determined by Central Government from time to time. Of late The Centrally Sponsored Scheme of “Vocationalisation of Higher S econdar y Education” has been revised by the Government of India, Ministry of Human R esource Development in the name of “Vocationalisation of Secondary a nd Higher Educa tion”. The Revised Scheme had also been subsumed under the Rastriya Madhya mik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) S cheme with effect from 1st April, 2013. Accordingly, the Project Approval Boa rd has now approved the proposal of the Mission Director, Mizoram Education Mission Society for the introduction of the Revised Vocational Education Scheme in 10 (ten) Schools from Class IX in resp ect of two vocational trade viz.
