BY THIS DEED, I the undersigned Vanlalmuankimi Ralte, aged about 26 years, D/o R. Lalrosanga
(L), a bona fide citizen of India by birth, permanent resident of H/No. E-18, TBL Bhawan, Khatla,
Aizawl, Mizoram, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:
1. That I, Vanlalmuankimi Ralte D/o R. Lalrosanga (L), formerly  known as Vanlalmuankimi,
change my name to  Vanlalmuankimi Ralte, D/o R. Lalrosanga (L), with  the consent of Ld.
Magistrate,  Aizawl  District,  Mizoram.
2. That I wholly renounce, relinquish and abandon the use of my former name Vanlalmuankimi,
and in place thereof, do assume from the date hereof the name of Vanlalmuankimi Ralte and so
that I may hereafter be called, known and distinguished not by my former name of Vanlalmuankimi
but my assumed name of Vanlalmuankimi Ralte.
3. That I declare that  I shall at all times hereafter in all records, deeds and writings and in all
proceedings,  dealings  and  transactions  of  private  as  well  as  public  and  upon  all  occasions
whatsoever use and sign the name of Vanlalmuankimi Ralte as my name, in place of and in
Substitute for my former name of Vanlalmuankimi.
4. That the contents of Paragraph Nos. 1 - 3 are to the best of my knowledge and nothing has been
concealed  therein.

by article 318(b) of the Constitution and consequent upon the encadrement of Controller of Examinations

of even No. dated 29.12.2022 and as provided under para 6.4 of the Memorandum of Association (MOA)
and Rules & Regulations of the Mizoram Employees’ State Insurance Society, the Governor of Mizoram
is pleased to re-constitute the Governing Body of Mizoram Employees’ State Insurance Society comprising

under sub-rule (5) of Rule 7 read with sub-rule (1) of rule 148 of the Chakma Autonomous District

Force under M&C FTR requires land for construction of Helipad near Composite BOP Kamtuli, BOP
Rangashya and BOP Jagnasuri along Indo-Bangladesh Border.
Now, therefore, the Government of Mizoram hereby grants concurrence to the proposal for
direct purchase of the required land by Border Security Force through the Revised Departmental Land
Selection & Purchase Board and as per the Term of Reference prescribed by the Government vide
Notification No. H.11018/2/2018-REV dated 9 th  October, 2020.

No. F. 22018/1/2020-HM(ILP)/Pt, the 24 th  January, 2023. In  the  interest  of  public  service,  the
Competent Authority is pleased to relaunch the website: https://ilp.mizoram.gov.in which was earlier
suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic with effect from 24.01.2023 for providing the following
public services:

No. 3MAP/R-29/2023/2177, the , 23 rd  January, 2023.    Whereas C/166 Ropianga of 3 rd  Bn. MAP
applied for change of his name as Lalropianga in a prescribed Deed for changing his name.
Whereas he stated that his name was written as Ropianga at the time of recruitment as per his
service  record;
Whereas he further stated that he wrote his full name as Lalropianga in his voter’s ID, Bank
Account etc.
Whereas after considering the case, it was satisfied that no foul play is involved in his application.

Governor of Mizoram is pleased to establish Call Centre in the Directorate of Animal Husbandry &
Veterinary Department, Khatla, Aizawl with effect from 24 th  June, 2022 under National Animal Disease
Control Programme (NADCP) of the Central Sector Scheme, viz;Livestock Health & Disease Control
(LH&DC).

Notification No. B.13012/142/2013-SYS/Pt dated 9.7.2019, the competent authority is pleased to notify
