THE MIZORAM APPROPRIATION (NO. 5) ACT, 2015 AN ACT to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services for the Financial Year 2015-2016 It is enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram in the Sixty Sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- Short Title1. This Act may be called the Mizoram Appropriation (No. 5) Act, 2015. Issue of ^ 775682.56 lakh 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Mizoram, there may out of the Consolidatedbe paid and applied the sums not exceeding those as specified in column Fund of the State of(5) of the Schedule of this Act, amounting, in the aggregate, to the sum of Mizoram for the FinancialRupees Seven thousand seven hundred fifty six crore eighty two lakh fifty Year, 2015-16.six thousand only for defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment for the Financial Year 2015-2016 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule. - 2 - Ex-606/2015 3.
