Chairman:Additional Director (AH&DD) Co-Chairman:Joint Director (Planning) Member Secretary:Deputy Director (Planning) Members:1.Joint Director (Admn) 2.Joint Director (LH) 3.Deputy Director ( L&PD) 4.Deputy Director (DD) 5.Deputy Director (L&E) 6.Deputy Director (Accts) 7.Veterinary Officer (P) BY LAWS/TERMS OF REFERENCE1.The Director, if deemed necessary, shall nominate a new Technical Core Committee member at any point of time. 2.Office expenditure pertaining to Technical Core Committee shall be borne from Planning section of the Directorate. 3.The member shall have no extra financial benefit by being a Technical Core Committee. 4.Monthly meeting of achievement should be convened for officers of Directorate. 5.The Technical Core Committee will formulate vision, plan and detailed project reports. 6.The group shall workout/fix uniform unit for all teams pertaining to the preparation of project reports. VOL - XLIX Aizawl, Thursday 19.11.2020 Kart ika 28, S.E. 1942, Issue No. 691 - 2 - Ex-691/2020 7.All the DPR schemes prepared for the Department by any outside agencies shall be screened by the Technical Core Committee for further necessary action. 8.Technical Core Committee shall, through proper channel, invite channel experts on need base from outside the Department on payment of remuneration. 9.The Technical Core Committee shall be headed officially by Additional Director (AH&DD) as chairman of the group, whereas Deputy Director (P) shall be Member Secretary of the Committee. 10.In the event of retirement or termination of service of a member for any reason he/she will cease to be the member of the Committee. 11.In the event of transfer of a member, he/she will continue as member of the group.
